Fun Monday AND Pajama Day

So, Nekked Lizard is hosting this week's Fun Monday. The assignment:

FIVE PICTURES - FIVE WORDS PER PICTURE.
Any 5 (FIVE) pictures, any subject, and any 5 (FIVE) words to describe and/or explain each picture.

As it just so happens that I took exactly five pictures this morning for the kickoff to Spirit Week, I present you with these:

Great kickoff to Spirit Week!

Ta-DA! Look! Hannah Montana!

In silent protest of pictures.

Fine, Mom, I'll fake yawn.

we used to do pajama day as well. i have no idea what i wore except big moose slippers. my brother wore them a long time. then i did. then my dad. they finally wore out. if i could find another pair, i'd get some. to this day, i buy my dad slippers for christmas. he gets a kick out of it. and he has diabetes so his feet are always cold. its practical and fun. we always get them that either look like animal feet or animal faces. this year ws dogs and lions that 'ate' his feet, because the mouth is where you slid your toes in. so much fun!

Oh yes, I know Spirit Day says a seventh grade science teacher. But really, I hope that your children had a good time.

Mark looked so cute yesterday...and yeah, I told him that...and he replied "HA! At least someone thinks I'm cute!" apparantly fishing for a compliment from a nearby gaggle of seventh and eighth grade girls! Gotta love it.

Very versatile your children are. The RANGE of costumes and looks! I'm impressed by all this effort. It suddenly makes me want to trick-or-treat!
