How did it happen that out of:
* the person to come up with the idea
* the company rep who heard the pitch
* the division president who approved the product
* the research and development team
* the advertising guys
* the sales team
and who knows who-all else...that nobody thought that encouraging kids to sniff scented markers was a bad idea?
